As far as outsiders are concerned, Ptolus is sort of like a "nice" version of Ravenloft. :-P I think that this does make Ptolus a bit of a weird setting, but *sometimes* weird is a good thing. I'm sure that these sorts of rules would easily transfer over into wildspace.
