I would say that we could have *any* race from the core rules (SRD) in 
Faeriespace. But I think that we should alter the cultures of those races to 
involve Shrakma.

For example a genii that grants wishes, could interpret wishes with shrakma 
in mind. Maybe they balance one good wish against one evil wish. Or maybe 
they take one side of shrakma and trust Aelivere to assign someone equally 
powerful to work for the opposite side.

I think that people from outside Faeriespace could make good targets for 
evil races. Perhaps shrakma only protects the good people of the sphere. 
"Outsiders" might be targets that don't come under its protection. So you 
could have evil races living alongside good races that are fast to attack 
anyone who doesn't belong.

It would be good to see how the elves of goblinoids could interact with 
outsiders of their own kind during the First Unhuman War.
