Depends as to whether you count those as window (rather than, say, rivets). 
Comparing the deck plans with the picture seems to imply that the 'teeth' 
of the whale are actually windows (making up a large viewing gallery I 
think) - in which case the rows of smaller windows are far too small, or it 
has no other windows!
