Stupid on their part, really.  There's no guarentee
that it's the ARTIST posting the material, either.  It
leaves them wide open for lawsuits.  Laying claim to
everything posted on their site leaves them open to
people who are not the original artist/author posting
something without said creator's permission, they
"grab" it, then find themselves at the end of a
lawsuit they can't win.  Dumb.  Its like WotC is
TRYING to commit suicide via infuriating as much of
their fanbase as possible + death by lawsuit, to boot!
