Thats one thing where I tend to disagree with the setting as written.

I always thought that the hull overall was 'grown', then fittings and
fixtures added. As for material, the ship saves as Ceramic.
As for rigging, if the ship can flex its wings the way a plant can
move its leaves to follow the sun (only much faster), then it may not
need rigging. OTH, it might be worth putting some in just to see what
it looks line ;-).
