I haven't used this yet, but would love for fans of it to convert all the
standard SJ ships over to Airships rules and create enough material for BtM
to turn into a PDF.

Cargo space is going to involve a "best guess" of how large a spelljammer
ton-of-air-displacement is. I know that opions differ on this, so I would
suggest that all the Airships fans make their calculations quietly and leave
the size of a ton-of-air out of the actual fluff text. (A conversion
document PDF might be in order.)

You can get min/max crew numbers from TSR statistics. You might be able to
subtract the minimum crew from the maximum crew to guess how many officers
can be included in Airships stats. If the min and max numbers are the same,
then I would argue that the officers have to work, but if they are different
then I would argue that officers would be able to supervise without the
workload being too high for the rest of the crew.

I can't find this ship or this organisation on BtM. Do you have edition
neutral, 2nd edition or 3rd edition material that you can donate to BtM's
Realmspace page?
