Now, that's very interesting.  Herospace has always been a bit
problematic, for those who like to find plausible explanations for the
wilder bits of Spelljammer.

For a long time I wanted to tie Herospace into the planescape factions,
but it just didn't match up.  BUT tieing each planet to the plane
through gates ect, that's very cool. very cool. I may steal/borrow that
idea:) I think i prefer the Gates to just 'links', actually...

I agree that the various Fae supplements can pad Faeriespace well.

I prefer to abolish 3e to a ghetto, and leave the majority of the material as it is:)

Seriously, I'm fairly certain the majority of the material on BtMs is 2e.
