Planejammer ship
Interesting, normal spacejammer ships cannot breach the planes, but some
special ship can. I will write a high level adventure including a
planejammer ship.

About Blood War
I think that either baatezu or tannari who meet will wage war against
each other, even if they cross swords in outer space, Krynnspace or
whatever. It's in their blood.

Celestians
Celestians as they have knowledge of spelljamming travel also of
planetravel. I remember clerics of Celestian in Sigil, and the god is
also in the Planescape boxed set.

About Zivilyn
I think Zivilyn as an old world trying to defy the gods, in a way that
must be destroyed, or maybe the Zivilyn's gods are trying to defy the
order of the outer planes . Something like trying to arrange prime
material worlds into one, or build their own outer plane. So anything
that happened must explain the severed conection of Krynn with the Great
Wheel- maybe the severed connection its part of the Zivilyn punishment-
and some debris surely remain.
