Try this for the link to the helms: http://www.spellflight.com/Spelljammer/SJHelms.htm If that doesn't work, the main page is www.spellflight.com/Spelljammer I understand your concern about why a Chaotic Good deity would sponsor a lawful order. My take is that a goddess whose temperment stresses tolerance and acceptance above all other principals would accept monks of a more lawful bent. There's a line in A Brave New World that says something to the effect of a society stressing tolerance should be able to accomodate savage from the outside world. That's partly what I had in mind. Do others have a similar problem with Selune being the monks' sponsors? I suppose I could create a deity with a similar portfolio and value system. Maybe I didn't word it right but Eilistraee doesn't actually sponsor the monks. They just liked some of their values, and they saw her followers as people who weren't tolerated anywhere else. Perhaps I should list them as allies and de-emphasize a couple of things in their background. I see what you mean about the monk's ability to turn on and off their Body of Iron and Steel ability at will. I modified it to work more like stoneskin (which I based the ability off of). I suppose an honorary rank might be a bit much, and the more I think of it, the title sounds too much like Halo. I'll have to think of a better name for the ability than Crew Chief. I might look into a green and black outfit for Thrar Two Crows though. ;) Greater Fury? Oh, heh. Yeah that's a typo, I changed that to Greater Flurry. I wouldn't want the monks going around and saying "Puppy Power!" Nor do I see some angst-ridden teenager screaming out "Iron! Palm! STRIKE!" Selune and Eilistraee are Chaotic Good deities, IIRC. Why would they have any interest in sponsoring a lawful order? Also, it is easier to qualify for this class as a Fighter than a Monk. Is that desired?> > > > > > Body of Iron and Steel seems a little potent, particularly since it can be activated/deactivated at will.> Crew Chief should be an optional position. An iron monk joining a crew shouldn't automatically be dubbed the Crew Chief.> 6th level (on chart): Greater Furry?
