Re: Anime d20?

 Captain Harlock is another good SJ source. There are a few other good
ship-based anime series which don't involve (many) fighters or mecha. A
few shows even had an analog to a SJ pilot (Iczer, for instance).

One of the things I always liked about SJ was the visual style of the
ships. Stylistic imagery, more than explosions and hyper-powered
excitement/stupidity, is one of the strong traits of anime.

To be fair, don't forget Lakshu (google it) & bionoids
;)  I'm sure there's tons more Anime-inspired stuff in
SJ.
