Hadozee for 3rd ed?

After looking at the versions on SJ.org and Stormwrack, I’ve got some
problems, hence the re-worked Hadozee in my character pic.

1) Hadozee are supposed to weight 200-250lbs “most of it muscle”…this would
suggest a strong creature, yet no strength bonus. Doesn’t add up…either
they’d need to be smaller less muscly, or get +2 STR bonus?

2) Their wing flaps would prevent wearing chest armour. They couldn’t use
them AND have armour, you couldn’t pierce them because they’d rip in flight.
So armour would be either very uncomfortable, or unusable. Thus I’d suggest
giving them Natural AC, either +4, to make up for no armour, or +1 AC / 2 HD
for a more balanced approach?

3) The original hadozee pic looked like a sort of baboon//monkey creature,
where as the Stormwrack creature looks more like an orangutan type of ape.
Which should we go with? I had to use a Spider monkey-looking ape creature
for render, because I don’t have a baboon or orangutan model, and is more
“hadozee” like to my mind than a baboon or gorilla…and grommams are
gorilla-like, not hadozee.
