I'm currently in the early stages of doing a Spelljammer rules write 
up for BESM 3, but I'm not very familier with the d20 version so I'm 
not sure if any of what I'm working on is of any use to you. So far 
I've done a number of racial templates, and a method to convert ship 
stats from AD&D Spelljammer to BESM 3. I think I've come up with a 
good way of implementing the helms :).

When its a bit more complete, I'm planning on posting it to the BESM 
wiki.
