That looks *great* Steven. I'd love to see what it would look like without the words. No crew is visible on the deck of the Squidship. If the ship isn't supposed to be a ghost ship, it might be worth adding some people. You might need to draw these by hand, so that they don't look computer generated. The planet the ship is orbiting has an atmosphere that seems far to transparent. The part of the planet that faces directly towards us is OK, but I think the edges of the planet (near the horizon) should be a lot more hazy. I'd imagine the effect to be similar to looking through water at different angles. I don't think I should be seeing that much land detail beneath the clouds when I am looking through the atmosphere at an angle. Is the planet supposed to be barren? I don't see any blue areas and that seems to suggest there are no seas. The texture on the surface is great, but I'd suggest trying to suggest sea and mountain snow, river deltas and other features if the planet is supposed to be habitable. But apart from those minor niggles, this picture is fantastic. It practically lends itself to being a cover for a BtM netbook. Is there any chance you could do some portrait artwork soon? Your existing artwork seems to all be landscape and that isn't going to fit onto the cover of a magazine (or comic) as well as a landscape picture would. Embedded links don't work very well on the list. Both your links were mangled when I got them. Next time I suggest you just send the URL (without any quotes or other punctuation) in on a line by itself - like this: http://www.silverblades-suitcase.com/wildspace/index.htm I hope that your health holds up.
