I was the one who first conceived of Ilsigspace, but I've since decided
it is a bad idea.  The Thieves' World setting includes planar travel,
but I think spelljammers would really stick out and violate the spirit
of the setting.

In my new, revised flow map, which should be done in a month or so, I've removed Ilsigspace.  

If anyone were to do an Ilsigspace, I'd suggest the Green Ronin books as the place to start.
