Lets see. OpenGL is not the same as OGL. OpenGL is a graphics program.

MindFlayers aren't Open Content because Wizards of the Coast has determined
that they are one of those things that defines what D&D is. All sorts of
fantasy can have dragons, orcs, goblins, etc.. but if you have a MindFlayer
or a Beholder, THAT is 'Dungeon & Dragons' (tm) and they are loosing part of
what makes them unique (and thus your business) whenever someone else uses
it. And the fact that someone else is giving away for free what they want to
charge you for makes it even worse.

Anything that you can legitimately put up, either because its in the SRD or
because you created it (or modified it from the SRD) you can. You need to
either put the OGL at the bottom of every document you create or if you're
doing a full unified site where most everything is OGL then you need to
create a link to the OGL page on every page you put up (or on a main frame
if you built it that way). Don't forget to update Section 15 to include the
name of your document or website so that others can use your material as
well.
