his wife he had a weird dream about a spelljamming port?

If we don't want to have a port on Ansalon then maybe it might be better to 
not ignore the issue of having a port at Palantus/Palanthas. It might be 
better to use this port to specifically help create a reason for spacefarers 
to avoid Krynn. I say we should look through the history of Krynn and have 
several people try to set up trade between Ansalon and the rest of 
Krynnspace, but make *every* attempt fail (and kill plenty of wildspace 
traders along the way). That way players who decide to start shipping steel 
to Krynn can be *shown* that it just doen't work. Krynnspace spacefarers can 
laugh in their faces and when they realise that the players are *actually* 
serious the Krynnspace folk can refuse to travel with them and hurry off 
muttering prayers to their gods.
