Sounds interesting, although as I already said, I wouldn't put large quantities of iron in the rest of Krynnspace. I would actually keep the "steel-rush" on Reorx small enough to be in proportion to the economy on Krynn. People living in Krynnspace could get rich discovering quantities of iron that people from other crystal spheres wouldn't get excited about. > I had one group of PCs work for the port authority as corsairs. Landing outside the port is forbidden, although if the port only sprung up after Teldin Moore left Krynn it is a relatively recent law. If the port gets destroyed by the Dragonarmy and doesn't reopen we would need to have someone offworld enforce the law. (Maybe commercial trade to Anslon can cease and the Sindiath Line can trade with elven nations and act as a broker for spacefarers who want goods from Krynn.) > Here's how it went: > > In my campaign, a young lady by the name of Stacia Lionsmane (Yes, his > Granddaughter) is the Captain of "The Liberty", a White Squidship in the > service of Palanthus, and the Star Knights. I like it. We should have stuff like this going on in Krynnspace. I think that all the problems of the crossover settings can be solved by using the logic of the groundling campaign to find a solution and it looks like this is exactly what you have done here. If Palanthus/Palanthas closes to spacefarers, then the organisation of corsairs could be handed over to the Star Knights (Knights of Krynnspace). > Easy fix in my campaign.....what do you guys think? I really like the idea of using corsairs in SJ (and occasionally pirates who use forged letters of marque to pretend to be corsairs). The Knights of Krynnspace and the local Elven Imperial Navy could also directly control traffic to Krynn (and search ships going to other planets in Krynnspace).
