I'm not generally interested in apologizing for XXXXspace books, and Krynspace is not an exception. But someone mentioned a contradiction in SJR7 listing Palanthus as a Spelljamming port, while in the first novel, Teldin Moore finds no one there who knows anything of spelljamming. In fact, the port could have been founded after Teldin's visit. Teldin visited Palanthus in 358 AC (5043 OC). SJR7 is dated to 364 AC (5049 OC). Palanthus is also mentioned in the War Captain's Companion, which is dated to 361 AC (5046 OC). I actually dislike the idea of Palanthus as a Spelljammer port (I love the Minotaur port on Taladas, though). But this does easily eliminate the contradiction. You can find this, with footnotes, in my timeline. -- "...How shall a man judge what to do in such times?!" "As he has ever judged," said Aragorn "Good and evil have not changed since yesteryear..."
