  Velsharoon's domain in both books (Powers & Pantheons 2e, Player's
Guide to Faerun 3.5e) is called Death's Embrace. It may be that it is
still on Gehenna just linked to Dweomerheart (which Faiths & Avatars 2e
lists as on Elysium). Dweomerheart is described in PGtF as home of the
Inevitables. Savras and Azuth both have domains under the city of
Dweomerheart with Velsharoon's domain below them.
