How would an Anvil Helm interact with the Use Magical Device skill for a
non-dwarf?  If you follow the standard rules as written and have the craft
skill, it'd be a DC of 25 once per hour.  Let's see, a 10th level Bard with
maxed UMD with Chr of 18 and the Magical Aptitude feat would have a +19, so
would succeed on 6 or better.  Not unreasonable.  The same Bard at level 15,
of course, automatically succeeds (1 is not an automatic failure for skill
checks), of course, and then has the advantage they can travel without using
up their spell energy.  But then 15th level characters are supposed to be
powerful.  And it is limited to 10 tons.

Like a major helm or a minor helm?  That is, what SR given what level of
helmsman?  And what do you use for level; the character level of the Dwarf?
