In Skull & Crossbows, two of the adventures revolve
around a neogi clan & a drow house trying to forge an
alliance.  The conclusion of the second adventure has
the posibility that they would work together on a few
raids before turning on one another.

By War Captain's Compendium, the possible alliance
from S&C is forgotten, and the two are sworn enemies. 
Drow view neogi as abominations and an insult to
Lolth.

Other than that, there's not much on the relation
between drow & neogi.
