I could quible, on the basis that any armour worn seems to give
humanoids an arcane spell failure chance, i.e. almost anything
that interferes with clear and precise manipulation can mess you
up, but I wont.

Looks like the breathing issue for standard neogi in an active
state is settled - they breathe.

Pity.

Would have been a nice touch...

(And, a reason to sell neogi bits! [grin] )

I don't think much of that!

Dominate Monster is a 9th level spell.

They are going to give a piffling little monster like the neogi
that!

Three times per day!

Ha!

(Dominate ~ looks like the way Charm ~ used to be played before
it became the 'lets be friends' spell.  Robotise.  Obey.)


I think this also arguably breaks Neogi for the role they are
supposed to have in SJ, or at least changes it massively, so what
do we do?

Ignore this?

Say it only applies to certain, hopefully rare, Super Neogi?
