The main risk though with shifting cargo is the danger of capsizing the 
ship. In SJ, shifting cargo could do even more damage. I have this vision 
of your iron ingots not smashing the wooden beams next to them, but the 
deck over them which suddenly became the deck under them. Fun. Got to rememeber 
that.
