Ovens would most definitely be bolted down and heavy trade goods are 
almost always secured even if on a normal gravity deck or an ocean 
vessel.  Shifting cargo is always dangerous, although it is usually more 
dangerous to the cargo itself.  You don't want to arrive at port to find 
those Iron Ingots you're carrying fell over and splintered the long 
wooden beams the shipbuilders there ordered.
