This is a hack at a crystal sphere for starting DMs who want to
spelljam, and is a substitute for Greyspace which Night Druid
believes we can't safely use.

The idea is that they can drop their existing campaign, using the
campaign setting of the PHB/DMG, which we will assume is SJ
unaware, somewhere on Maj.
