HISTORY: Spelljammer Timeline I

It's finally finished!

I've finally finished my unified, official sources only, Spelljammer timeline.

Each entry is dated, and cited to a page in a published TSR or WOTC product.

It's designed to provide a common ground from which GMs can create their
own specialized Spelljammer timelines.

I'm ccing the Realms list with this because it has many SJ entries,
including FR entries that occurred in SJ products but not in FR
products.

The timeline article is long, 38 pages in word and pdf format.  So I'm
sending it in multiple messages, each with a numbered subject line.
