2ndEd SJ Ship Stats

Looking at the CoAS (+LotV) 2ndEd SJ ship stats, with an eye to
what needs changing for 3rdEd.  Are there any errata I need to
apply to this?  Is there a standard price for a Mindspider, like
60,000 gp, or something?

Does this look OK to people?
