Yes! One is a spelljamming helm, while the other is a
tactical helm only.

Yes! I consider even the most basic helm to be able to
lift off earth bodies. If it is not capable of
reaching orbit, then it I do not consider it a helm.

The prices listed were used to speed up the adventure
process in my campaign. It was meant to be adjusted
for other campaigns.

I am trying to create a Helm Construction checklist to
help me normalize and bring prices of my helms to
spelljamming standard. I will use the minor and major
helm as a guide. I have a lot of spelljamming helm
prices to recalculate. =)
