The spells are good, the only concern that I'd have is that "Walk
the Plank" as a 1st level spell is doing a _lot_ of Transmutation;
make it 2nd?

However, I still don't have a feel for the reasonable effective
power of 3rdEd spells, so I will bow to other people's judgement
on this.
