Yes, but I've got the factory box sets for all 3 years, but they don't contain the insert cards. I think that the insert cards were only available in the booster packs and that they were gold bordered. I'm pretty sure there was an insert card for the 3 big Imperial Fleet Captains (Icarus, Yerthad, & Krissos). I don't know if there was any additional Spelljammer inserts though. --Blackmaer
