Not all of them provide specific dates, in some cases the product said, '200 years ago...' or something similar. once you establish what the 'current' year for that product is, you can start to build the timeline. The point of the project is to create a baseline for GMs to exploit. If you wish to make time flow differently, you can alter the timeline provided to fit. What was interesting was, once I synched things up, the events started to make a great deal of sense, almost as if they had been planned. I'm sure that's not the case, i just think that general timelines based on product publication dates seeped through the old TSR offices, so writers tend to 'fit' things properly subconsciously. -- "I guess one person can make a difference... but most of the time they probably shouldn't."
