Those are some /VERY/ interesting ideas! Sounds like a potential campaign!
You may have a point about giving them Favoured Class: Any...since
only Humans and 1/2 elves (I think...may be wrong about 0.5 elves)
could be any class-and they're the only ones w/ F.C: any. So, in the
interim, may as well.
