Heh, don't know if it matters. Haven't XMLed the moon yet for Static,
so changes are cheap right now.

Interesting, that's an idea I'll have to borrow for Scarskull. I could
easily see the Githyanki embassy being used as a the means for the Gith to
set up such a trading agreement. Thanks!
