Not to be mean because I can see how something like this would happen.. but my guess is that they had what they thought was a really great idea. Made a lot of promises about how great things were going to be.. then things fell apart on them and rather than have to deal with it they slunk back into obscurity with their tail between their legs. Unfortunate really as it looked fun.
