Glad you enjoyed it! I constantly need to remind myself: sometimes, simple
is best :^D Figured I was due after churning on that other moon (curse it,
I say, curse it! ;) Thanks for the kind words. :)

Hmmm, not certain. I'd assume most female prisoners it'd be pretty
standard to the race (humans == 9 months, orcs somewhat less, elves somewhat
more), with a good 95%+ chance of dying in childbirth (by the old rule of
"when a cambion is born, mother dies in childbirth). The cultists pretty
much don't care...with a never-ending flow of victims, they really don't
need for the woman to survive. In fact, a custom might be to feed the baby
the flesh of the mother if you want something pretty sick :) I doubt they
would have a need to "speed up" the process normally, but might do so during
times when a particularlly bloody battle has depleted their numbers or when
they have a particularly large batch of women to "process" (ala the orcs at
end of UWI).

For succubus, <shrug> I guess 9 months, but 6 months and 6 days and 6 hours
does have an appealing ring to it ;) There are literally hundreds of women
pregnant there at any given time, and its been going on for several
centuries (I'd say 5 centuries at the very least), and on the Abyss the
half-fiends are pretty much immortal (assuming they don't die in battle),
with "baby boom" periods like with the orcs at the end of UWI, so the
numbers of half-demons should be in the tens of thousands at the very least.
Infant mortality is probably pretty high, as is the meat-grinder that is the
Bloodwar, so I'd guess that the "real" number of half-demons is probably
holding steady. Lots of inexerienced, bloodthirsty kids with some hardened
veterens.

Look for my coming on the seventh month of the fifth year. At dawn look to
the world were the Trio (plus one) that is Untouchable reigns supreme
