If the pirates avoid attacking ships of the Sindiath Line, then they would not be a high
priority. The elves are too busy making sure the orcs do not come back into space in any
force. In fact if pirates attacked the Xenos, Orcs or The Chainmen a lot of people would
turn a blind eye to them.
