I can't help with the name of the person who came up with the idea, but
I can say that I can't wait to see what you create. I've had a few
things planned for my game dealing with Tinker Gnomes and stats on a
base would be great. just remember to include hamster pens in the plans
when you work it up. A good place for a stampede or equaly embarassing
situation for PCs.

thought the name was a scream, considering where it obviously came from
and who it referred to.

(I've tried searching the List archives, but to no effect; maybe my Search skills aren't strong enough).
