All you realy need is someone with a web-server who is willing to donate
space for the cause. And as many people who are intrested in
Spelljammer, there probably some one who does.

OK, I spoke too soon...

It looks as though if I turn on JavaScript and cookies in an
Opera 7 browser and get things just right (I'm not sure, yet, how
to reproduce this), I can login to ezboard, at least to a bb I'm
already registered for, without handing over any rights to first
born children.

So, I hope I didn't upset anyone!

But, they don't seem to be making things as easy as they
should/might do...

I know there is free bb software you can get, like phpbb, and run
it on Windows using ISS, or even Tomcat, I'm told. And, very
likely on Linux as well. All you need then is preferably several
someones with broadband without (low) bandwidth caps, to host
things... (Several someones, so you can replicate the bb, and if
one site goes down, the others likely keep going.)

I'm working towards a (Linux) setup that should let me do this
sort of thing.
