ItV Proposal: The Maelstrom's Eye

    The regular feature will detail the Maelstrom, my own group of spheres
(three of which have sphere guides).  I'll be providing details of the whole
along with details that might not fit in neatly elsewhere (for example, I
could detail ancient empires, or detail changes to races in the
spelljamming-aware nations of the Maelstrom).
    For the first issue, I intend to provide a page-long detail summary of
the major spheres, so about 6-7 pages long total.  For some spheres, this
will be the first true details of them.  There will be changes to some
spheres and planets.  Basically, I intend to reinvent (man, that's a loaded
word) the Maelstrom a bit; basically, its the same set of spheres, + 5 years
of maturity & growth on the part of the writer :^D
