One of the first things Adam and I decided was that it would be
distributed as PDF on http://intothevoid.spelljammer.org/ . Anything
else would be equivalent to me mailing out pieces of BtM. Which, fun
as that sounds, wouldn't accomplish anything.

Which is why we have only a very loose schedule. Unless we decide
to reuse BtM material (there're a few pages that would make great articles),
I don't think we can guarantee a schedule.

We're not *just* using CMC names. Adam's sphere cluster has been
known as "The Maelstrom", so this one is just a happy accident.
