Into the Void sounds like a great idea for a magazine. I hope that you can get enough people to provide content. I guess it will have a "Moon of the Month" in every issue if you are doing it! ;-) Here are some other things that I'd be interested in seeing at some point: * Some sort of question and answer column. "Ask Estriss" perhaps. ;-) * A list of Spelljammer websites and what's on them. There are a lot of tiny Spelljammer websites out there that some people might not know about. They are not all listed on DMOZ so can be hard to find. * Reviews of non-Spelljammer related material (websites and game books) that can be converted to Spelljammer. Telling us what stuff is. Why the reviewer thinks it is worth converting (eg: *why* it is cool enough for the Spelljammer setting). How much work is involved in a conversion. (Plus a link to the website where the original stuff can be found.) I'd personally prefer articles to concentrate on stuff that could legally be republished (Open Game Content, perhaps) so that conversion stats could be put up on BtM for the best sites and books reviewed. * Some sort of history of Spelljammer (out of character) that tells us a bit about the Spelljammer creators (including all the authors of Spelljammer stuff) and what they are doing now. Don't forget to put in stuff about people on the SJ Council as some of us will not know who *you* are. * Interviews with Spelljammer authors. If you can get any of them to answer an email full of questions. * A Spelljammer 3e column. (With articles being reused on BtM's 3e pages). Maybe the first issue could have Static's wish list for 3e rules. :-) * Writing competitions that encourage new people to submit stuff. * Adventure ideas. Not necessarily full adventures. People could point out groups of NPCs in the Dragonlance, Greyhawk and Fogotten Realms settings that might be found in space. And what they might be doing. For example the Knights of Nimbral could be found doing something in Realmspace. Perhaps they need to take a message to a Spelljamming port somewhere in Realmspace and want the help of the players.
