    And another quick note: the 19-page rough draft does *not* include all
of the rough, one-sentence ideas being tossed around, or ideas from
response-posts (some of which could be added because they're good, rough
ideas).  Figure at least another 2-5 pages of those as well, so your goal of
30 pages could easily be met with the material we have already.
