Mirror: Anyone collating?

I am trying to get a number of things together in regards to Mirrorspace and
was wondering if anyone has compiled all of this into one word/text/other
file? It would make it a lot easier to crossreference. I also think I may
have accidentally deleted a post or two from this thread.
