You know, this is what I love about this project: incorperating
something in D&D I would have *never* have considered, and do so in an
interesting and unique fashion. :) In a way, it fits. Psi is usually
associated with crystals, and in a city named Mirror (undoubtely with lots
of mirrors & crystals and such), you'd almost expect to find lots of Psi.
Plus, Myth Drannor was very magic rich, so having a city inspired by it be
Psi-rich is very fitting.

Rules-wise, not sure how it all balances. Perhaps psionic critters get
a +1 to CR? Although I don't know if its worthy of a +1 CR, but I'll let
others with better rules-knowledge than I figure it out :)

Interesting...:)

Fits. I do see them as raiding and pirating whenever they get the
chance, but when it comes to dealing with illithids, they could act as
"protectors" of the ruins (afterall, they want to keep the illithids from
getting their slimy tentecals on anything in the ruins). Of course, they
want to get to it first! :)

Ilsensine as female...a new twist. :)

Hmmm, I did want to use something other than a Balor for the head of the
Throne of Vanity, and a Cerebrelith might make more sense.
