    Wow...you guys really dig Mirror :) Must compile all these nifty
ideas...;)

    Certainly makes sense I particularly like the two competing groups, one
looking to loot the ruins, the other holding to a idealized vision of what
Mirror was (sorta how Atlantis & Camalot legends grow over generations, such
that they probably don't even remotely resemble the historical places :)

    I don't have any notes or ideas for other planets in the sphere, so
here's my take: go wild! All free & open for development! :)

    Similiar to Bral is my idea. Its a large asteroid at the heart of a
huge cluster (probably size E to F, somewhere in there); the outer asteroids
were farms, groves, etc. The inner asteroids (probably within 10-20 miles
of the central asteroid) were city asteroids, with towns and the like. Its
those inner asteroids (and the closest outer asteroids) that got grown over.
The outer asteroids were quickly abandoned (although there might still be
some towns and the like). That's my vision.

    I'd assume that there being something left of said survivor states would
be a safe bet :)  Heck, maybe even a minor city or two managed to survive;
anything is possible!
