    Well, simply put, it was a mess-up on my part; it wasn't something I
gave much thought during the writeup.  My thoughts however, mirror that of
Eric's.  The mayor should probably be LN with evil tendances.  Basically
he's the biggest flop the Elf Fleet could find to be a figurehead (and
nothing more).  Besulam should probably be NG or N; that part isn't written
well.  More of a bribe if she has to, with blackmail as a last resort for
emergancies. :)
