I originaly thought minor helm, but it was found on a cuddle command, and a
minor helm would do no good there, the disadvantage would be mopping for
50+ turns for a ship that would require a major helm :). but most are minor
helms.
 Only spellcasters can use it as a helm and outside of an air envelope. to
all others it is mearly a "mop of flying"
