Re: 2nd ed lived, 2nd ed lives, 2nd ed will lve!

It's probably not necessary to contact anyone if all you are doing is making
a single photocopy of an out of print article for personal use.  Copyright
law has a fair use exception, and such a copy most likely falls within it.
This is particularly true if the article cannot be obtained via some sort of
secondary market.

If you're posting the copy on your webpage, or otherwise making it available
to millions of people, that's another story.
