I did a fair bit using Luigi in my campaign, but none of it was really written down - I used him as comic relief, because he KNOWS he is a character in a tabletop RPG (as stated in the sourcebook). I use to have him chat up all the girls with "lovely eyes", blink at people when telling jokes (instead of winking - after all, he has ONE main eye not two, how can he wink?), sneeze and disintegrate half his bar at rather inappropriate times (and sometimes half his head)... um... I had him have a monkey humidor (as per someones suggestion way back years ago on this very list).... he ate banana flavoured meat grown on sticks of bone (beholder meat sticks), and was constantly giving hell to the straight guy (a halfling non-verbal NPC i cooked up just to be the butt of luigi's jokes). When I did his voice I used to make it kinda like Marvin's from hitchhikers, but with a bit of an aussie twang in it. He was one of the most memorable characters in my campaign, and named his second bar on a new-campaign specific port after one of the scro PC's more strange exploits - that of thieving a sahaughin's loincloth. >>> chaos93@?????????.net 03/16/04 04:16PM >>> The LAughing BEholder is becoming a favorite hangout of our PCs, I was wondering if anyone had done any owrk flesshing out Luigi or the bar? I would rather integrate good material that may be out there (and may inspire new perspectives) rather than duplicate effort. If not I will post my work as it progresses Loki, DM Warriors of the Balance: The Rise of Dukagsh Campaign New Orleans, La ******************************************************************** The D&D; Homepage: http://www.wizards.com/dnd/Welcome.asp The Spelljammer Homepage: http://www.darkwoodforest.com/rpg/compendium/ To unsubscribe, send email to LISTSERV@??????.???????.com with UNSUB SPELLJAMMER-L in the body of the message. ******************************************************************** The D&D; Homepage: http://www.wizards.com/dnd/Welcome.asp The Spelljammer Homepage: http://www.darkwoodforest.com/rpg/compendium/ To unsubscribe, send email to LISTSERV@??????.???????.com with UNSUB SPELLJAMMER-L in the body of the message.
