Hey Loki! I play exclusively on the map of Bral, but haven't
incorporated the Laughing Beholder much because my group tend to get
away from the docks as much as possible. We have converted Bral into
Freeport, with a bit of Bluffside, Ravens Bluff and Skullport thrown in
for more flavour.

The LAughing BEholder is becoming a favorite hangout of our PCs, I was
wondering if anyone had done any owrk flesshing out Luigi or the bar? I
would rather integrate good material that may be out there (and may inspire
new perspectives) rather than duplicate effort. If not I will post my work
as it progresses
